30% discount order

Our intention is to make telomere testing available to everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances. While we need to operate as a sustainable business, we will do our best to ensure that financial limitations are not the reason someone is unable to benefit from telomere testing and the information it may provide.

If you genuinely cannot afford the full cost of the test, we offer a 30% discount to people in that situation, with no questions asked. These discounts are made possible by allocating a portion of the profits from our full-price orders, together with available grants, toward subsidizing discounted orders. As a result, discounted orders may not always be available. If you can see this page, discounted orders are currently available.

If you are able to pay the full price, we hope you will consider doing so, as this helps us make discounted testing available to someone who may otherwise be unable to afford it.

I am ready to pay full price

We understand that some companies offer telomere testing online at lower prices than ours. We can only encourage you to consider the reasons behind those lower prices and the compromises they may entail. In our opinion, accurate, safe, and reliable telomere testing requires appropriately qualified laboratory personnel, suitable equipment, validated testing procedures, and proper safety and processing protocols. Here are some things to watch out for:

  • Companies that require your age before performing the laboratory measurement itself. Age can legitimately be used afterward to interpret your measured telomere length in comparison with age-matched reference data, but it should not be necessary to determine the underlying laboratory measurement.
  • Suspiciously low prices. Reliable laboratory testing requires appropriately qualified personnel, suitable laboratory equipment, validated procedures, quality controls, and proper sample handling and processing. Extremely low pricing may therefore warrant closer examination of how the test is being performed.
  • Companies operating from recently registered domains with little or no established track record. Before ordering, consider checking how long the company has been operating, who performs the laboratory analysis, and whether clear information is provided about its testing methodology and laboratory procedures.
